Terms and Conditions

These terms govern your use of Reputation+, a product by Adzmode, available at reputationplus.in ("the Service"). By creating an account, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy.

1. The service

Reputation+ generates a QR code for each of your business locations. Customers who scan it and rate are redirected to your review link; customers who rate at or below it are shown a private feedback form instead, visible only in your dashboard. We don't control what customers write, and we don't guarantee any particular volume or outcome of public reviews.

2. Your account

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for the accuracy of the business name, location, contact details, and review link you provide. You confirm that any personal data you submit to us (including your own contact and billing details) is accurate and that you're authorised to provide it.

3. Free trial and subscription

New accounts include a 7-day free trial with full access to the gatekeeping feature. After the trial, continued use of the QR-routing feature requires an active paid subscription. Billing and payment processing are handled by Reputation+ through Razorpay. See our Cancellation and Refund Policy for details on cancelling or requesting a refund.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the service to solicit fake reviews, harass customers, or violate any applicable law or third-party platform policy. You're responsible for ensuring your use of the service complies with 3rd Party's Business Profile and review policies — we provide the tool, but compliance with third-party platform rules is your responsibility. You also agree not to use the service to collect personal data from customers beyond what the feedback form itself requests, or for any purpose other than improving your own business's service.

5. Personal data and the DPDP Act

Reputation+ processes personal data as a Data Fiduciary under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, as described in our Privacy Policy. Where you (as a business) receive private customer feedback containing a customer's name or contact details through the Service, you agree to use that information only to follow up with that specific customer about their experience, to keep it confidential, and not to use it for unrelated marketing without the customer's separate consent.

6. Intellectual property

The Reputation+ software, branding, and website content belong to Adzmode. Your business data and customer feedback remain yours; we process it only to provide the service, as described in our Privacy Policy.

7. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is." We don't guarantee uninterrupted availability or any specific business outcome (such as review counts or ratings). To the extent permitted by law, Adzmode/Reputation+'s liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid in the preceding 3 months.

8. Termination

You may stop using the service and cancel your subscription at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. On termination, we handle your data as described in our Privacy Policy's data retention section.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of New Delhi, India.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after an update means you accept the revised terms.
